I personally enjoy using this app as i do walk daily so it is easy for me to activate and walk. It can be much to look at in the beginning as you do not know what a lot of stuff on the home screen means but it gets way easier after a few days. They do have a lot of various channels in their Discord where you can go to get help. There are not many english speaking people in the NA channel but I do still be in there waiting to see who pops up so add me. It was a lot in the language barrier portion as most of the info is in Japanese I believe, it is a native app to them. So there was a learning curve had to figure out. But with no price barrier to get started and to know i am actually earning crypto for walking and running is very good.
